Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this real estate marketplace, including property listings, public profiles, enquiries, advertisements, paid visibility, consultant lead access, username leases, payment requests, dashboards, communications and any related services offered through the platform. By using the website, creating an account, submitting a listing, sending an enquiry, purchasing a plan, advertising, or accessing any dashboard, the user agrees to follow these terms.
Marketplace Role
The platform operates as an online information, discovery, listing, advertising and lead-management marketplace. It is not a property owner, broker of record, builder, developer, legal advisor, financial advisor, escrow agent, title verifier, government authority or transaction guarantor. Any discussion, negotiation, inspection, booking, agreement, payment, possession, rent, sale, lease or transfer takes place directly between the concerned parties at their own discretion and risk.
User Responsibility
Every visitor, registered user, property lister, agent, builder, advertiser, consultant and platform-assigned account holder is responsible for the information they provide. Names, mobile numbers, email addresses, property details, ownership claims, prices, photos, videos, location, amenities, approvals, RERA information, possession status, availability, advertisement content and payment references must be accurate, lawful, current and not misleading.
Property Listings
Users may list properties only when they have the legal authority, consent or genuine right to publish the listing. Listings must not contain false ownership claims, copied media, incorrect prices, unavailable inventory, illegal projects, disputed claims, misleading dimensions, fake amenities, forged approvals or any material omission that may mislead visitors. The platform may edit, hide, reject, pause, delete or require verification for any listing at its discretion.
Agent, Builder and Consultant Conduct
Agents and builders must represent only properties, projects and inventory they are authorized to market. Property consultants must use leads only for legitimate property advisory and follow-up activity. Consultants must not resell, scrape, publish, transfer, spam, harass or misuse lead data. Verification badges, consultant access, agent tags, builder tags and dashboard privileges may be suspended or removed if conduct, documents, quality or user complaints raise concern.
Independent Due Diligence Required
Users must independently verify title, ownership, encumbrances, land use, approvals, RERA registration, building permissions, possession status, measurements, taxes, dues, society rules, rental terms, commercial licensing, loan eligibility and any other material fact before making any decision. Users should consult qualified legal, financial, tax, technical and property professionals before entering into any transaction.
Independent Deal Risk
The platform helps users discover properties, profiles, advertisements and leads, but does not promise that any property will be sold, rented, leased, booked, delivered, financed, registered, legally cleared or found suitable. The platform does not guarantee title quality, builder delivery, buyer seriousness, seller authenticity, payment completion, loan approval, return on investment, rental yield, enquiry conversion or business outcome.
Enquiries and Communication
Enquiry forms, replies, messages and lead dashboards are provided for controlled communication. Users must not share unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, spam, fraudulent or contact-harvesting content. The platform may monitor, mask, restrict, flag, delete or retain communications for abuse prevention, legal compliance, quality control and user safety.
Plans, Payments and Visibility
Paid plans may include property visibility, premium placement, consultant lead access, advertiser wallet credits, username lease, dashboard access or other digital benefits. Payment does not guarantee enquiries, sales, rentals, leases, ranking permanence, business revenue or specific visitor response. Visibility benefits may depend on plan type, duration, category, city, listing quality, availability, approval review and technical conditions.
Manual and Gateway Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party gateways or manual/offline modes where enabled. Gateway success, failure, refund, chargeback, settlement, taxes, compliance and bank processing may be controlled by external providers. Manual payment approval is subject to payment verification. The platform may decline, delay, suspend or reverse plan activation if payment proof is invalid, disputed, suspicious or incomplete.
Refunds and Expiry
Unless a separate written policy or platform decision says otherwise, paid digital plans, premium placements, username leases, dashboard access, consultant access and advertiser credits may be non-refundable once activated or consumed. Expired plans may automatically lose benefits. Misuse, policy breach, fake information, abuse, fraud or legal risk may lead to removal without refund.
Advertisements
Advertisers are responsible for ad images, videos, links, claims, brand permissions, offers, pricing, targeting and legal compliance. Ad approval, display frequency, placement and reporting may vary due to availability, policy settings, visitor behavior, technical caching or quality moderation. The platform may reject, pause, disable or remove ads that are misleading, unlawful, offensive, unsafe or inconsistent with marketplace policy.
Username, Profile and Page Access
Usernames, public profile pages, premium usernames, leased usernames and page editor privileges are platform-controlled digital features. A username lease or profile feature does not transfer ownership of any domain, trademark, business name or intellectual property. The platform may reserve, price, allot, disable, reclaim or restrict usernames that are premium, misleading, abusive, impersonating, legally disputed or commercially sensitive.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, email accounts, devices, OTPs and dashboard access. Any activity from an account may be treated as activity by that account holder unless proven otherwise. Users must immediately report unauthorized access, suspicious activity or incorrect data.
Prohibited Use
Users must not attempt hacking, scraping, automated harvesting, reverse engineering, spam messaging, fake lead generation, payment fraud, impersonation, listing duplication, malware upload, unauthorized data export, mass copying, abuse of forms, manipulation of rankings or any action that harms the platform, users, advertisers, consultants, agents, builders or third-party systems.
Moderation and Enforcement
The platform may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, suspend, disable, restrict, delete, flag or permanently ban any listing, enquiry, account, profile, ad, username, payment request, consultant access or dashboard privilege. Enforcement decisions may be based on reports, platform review, automated checks, payment status, legal risk, user complaints, abnormal activity or business policy.
Third-Party Services
The platform may use hosting providers, payment gateways, email providers, analytics services, map tools, video platforms, ad networks, social media embeds and other third-party services. Their availability, accuracy, uptime, policies, charges, data handling and failures are outside direct platform control. Users may also be bound by those third-party terms.
Availability and Changes
The platform may experience downtime, maintenance, data delays, display changes, search changes, feature changes, plan changes, pricing changes, integration failures or service interruptions. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued without prior notice where business, technical, legal or security reasons require it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform, its owners, operators, team members, partners and service providers shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from property transactions, incorrect listings, failed deals, payment disputes, user conduct, third-party service failure, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, legal disputes, investment decisions, fraud by users, or reliance on information published by others.
Indemnity
Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold the platform harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, legal costs, complaints or disputes arising from their listings, enquiries, advertisements, documents, payments, representations, transactions, misuse, breach of these terms or violation of law or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
The platform name, design, software, layout, features, content arrangement, database structure and branding are protected. Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, clone or commercially exploit platform content or systems except through normal permitted use. Users retain responsibility for ensuring they have rights to upload the content they submit.
Legal Compliance
Users must comply with applicable real estate, tax, consumer protection, advertising, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, RERA, municipal, land, rental and commercial laws. The platform may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and may preserve or disclose information where required or reasonably necessary.
Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means the user accepts the updated terms. Users should review this page periodically.
